Dancehall artiste and leader of the Shatta Movement Empire, Shatta Wale, has announced his own transportation app called SHAXI.
The artiste made the announcement on his official social media accounts in the early hours of Thursday with the caption, “Drivers get ready with your application”. Shatta states that the online driving app is made for all driving-eligible Ghanaians.
Shatta Wale believes this initiative is an alternative means to support the unemployed youth of the country.
Shatta Wale was nearly cancelled for his utterances and posts against the #Fixthecountry’ movement and conveners. However, he suggested a better way to handle issues and a more peaceful way of seeking better programs and initiatives from the government.
Charles Nii Armah Mensah, known in showbiz as Shatta Wale, is an award-winning dancehall artiste, the leader of the Shatta Movement group and a social media influencer. The artiste has released numerous timeless songs under his belt. From the days of ‘Bandana’ in the 2000s to his reemergence earlier in 2014 with a groundbreaking song, ‘My homeland’. The artiste has since then been one of the reigning artistes in Ghana.
Shatta Wale has always been championing a better course for all youth in the country. His new initiative will mean better for all persons in the country and promote a better Ghana Agenda.
